File Note: Sir, the point wise reply is as under: - 1. The rent deed executed on 2017 is valid. Further, the matter has been discussed with the partners of the hotel and he informed that the land belongs to the family members of one of the partner. 2. The date of commissioning of hotel is Nov., 2020 and power bill as a proof for the same has been attached. As such, after deducting 4 year penalty fee under both the Acts, the fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 30.09.2028. 3. The project proponent has provided payment receipt (dated 08.12.2023) of property tax deposited in MC Sangrur, as a proof of registration/NOC in MC authorities. 4. The terminal STP of Sangrur city is under construction phase and yet to be commissioned. However, the project proponent has installed STP of 25 KLD for the treatment of trade effluent generated from the hotel and ther ETP is having sufficient capacity. The PP has also submitted analyse effluent generated from its premises from NABL accrediated lab i.e. M/s Centre for Environment and Food Technology Pvt. Ltd., Kharar, Mohali on 28.11.2023, as per which the results are within permissible limits as prescribed by the Board for such type of industry. Therefore, keeping in view of above mentioned facts and submissions made by the project proponent, the establishment may be granted consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 upto 30.09.2028 with suitable conditions.
