The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The industry is required to submit fresh CA certificate.
2. As per varied application applied by the industry, it has installed a new sortex machine. Therefore, the industry is required to add value of sortex in CA certificate.
3. The industry is required to deposit NOC regularization fee increased fixed assets.
Therefore, it is requested to submit reply to the above said observation within 2 days, so the application may be processed further.
