Kindly, pursue report of RO in water consent application.
RO reported that as per MSME notification dated 26.06.2020, the industry is a medium scale red category unit and the consonance has been given by the competent authority in the application of M/s VMS Metal works private limited.
In view of the above, it is recommended that varied 'Consent to Operate' under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to industry upto 31.03.2029 with suitable conditions, please.
