The application was examined and found as under:-
1. It has been mentioned that total land area purchased by M/s Naaz Agro Food Pvt. Ltd. is 87 kanal 10 marlas, however complete revenue record not attached with the application. Moreover, As per the note (1) of certificate of sale issued by Mohit Chawla, insolvency Professional dated 11.07.2023, it has been mentioned that out of 87 kanal 10 marlas land areas 40 kanal land has been leased out by the debtor (Evershine Solvex Pvt. Ltd.) in the Educational Society on 51 years lease w.e.f. 27.12.2004 and as such the possession the said 40 kanal land is not with the liquidator. Accordingly, the Regional Office is requested to provide the exact details of the land area to which CTO is to be granted………..
2. Whether any B.Ed college is in operation in 87 kanal 10 marlas……………
3. Revised Building plan approved by the Competent Authority of the entire land area for which CTO is applied, not attached with the application………...
4. Whether the entire industrial unit of M/s Ekam Agro & M/s Evershine Solvex Pvt, Jalalabad Road, Sri Muktsar Sahib has been purchased by M/s Naaz Agro, if yes, kindly specify the land areas available with the said units……………...
If approved, the Regional Office be requested to clarify the above to conclude the application. |
