The poultry farm has birds more 25,000. As per CPCB categorization, it falls in medium scale, however, it has applied under small scale. Therefore, the poultry farm is required to submit its application under medium scale and deposit adequate consent fee. Also required to submit the revenue department certificate regarding distance of various locations from the site.
Further, there is no option in my account to return the application. It is therefore requested to return the application to the poultry farm to re-submit the same after removing the above said observations, either the application be returned at your end or approval be given for the scrutiny please.
