As per the clarification raised by the competent authority plz clarify from revenue authority the following: a. Is the dera situated within 500 mtr from project site, considered as historic religious place ? b. Are residential houses situated within 500 mtr from project site, considered as residential area as defined in GoP notification dated 15.10.2013 ? Also get clarification from DTP whether any LPA limit falls within 1.5-2 Km from project site. As per DTP report, the industry propose to establish APCD in khasra no. 306, but the above note is silent on this proposal of the industry and resultant fulfillment of prescribed siting criteria. Plz submit reply within 2 days positively. |
