It is intimated that as per report of RO the industry has applied for NOC for expansion and the trade effluent discharge shall increase from present 1 KLD to 4.5 KLD for which the industry has made revised agreement with CETP operator. As per agenda note effluent discharge is 3.6 KLD, whereas the agreement attached is @ 180000 Ltr/month made with CETP operator.
If approved, RO may be requested to clarify whether the industry is required to submit proposal to install the ETP based ZLD technology for treatment of effluent and send recommendations, accordingly.
