Sir, the point wise reply is as under-
1. Due to the non availability of technical staff, air sampling could not be carried out.
2. The industry has compacted the soil and make it stabilized, however, surface carpeting not provided and same will be provided within one month as per assurance given by industry through undertaking.
3. The industry has provided adequate plantation along boundary wall and HDPE wrap knitted fabric over rice husk.
4. The industry has provided adequate height and length of wall in front of the discharge point as per prescribed SOP's.
In view of above, May if approved, the industry may be granted fresh 'consents to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30/09/2027 for production of Sorted raw rice (with dryer) @ 3.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 4.5 TPH with terms and conditions and some special conditions that:-
1. This consent is valid for manufacturing of Sorted raw rice (with dryer) @ 3.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 4.5 TPH.
2. The industry shall get it’s air emission and effluent samples analyzed from Board’s lab within a month.
3. The industry shall stabilize the movement area within one month and shall submit the compliance report to PPCB.
