4. The units of entities in the product is not appropriate.
5. Power load required is not given.
6. Power load with wastewater treatment is not mentioned.
7. No DG set requirement is given.
8. The project report is not signed by the CA.
9. The dimensional drawing of STP is not given.
10. The name of the project is not mentioned in the site plan.
11. Following documents are not submitted:
a. MOA with authenticated list of Directors / Partners.
b. CA certified project report.
c. Dimensional drawing of STP.
d. Report of Tehsildar regarding distance from MAH Industry.
e. Site Plan with name and address of the project.
Therefore, if approved, the application of the industry may please be returned to it.
