1. The industry has submitted Bank Guarantee of Rs. 1.0 Lac and same is valid till 08.01.2025. The industry has submitted Bank Guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- and same is valid till 07.01.2025.
2. The industry has submitted area classification report issued by DTP, Ludhiana vide memo no. 962 DTP(L) M2A dated 23.04.2018 and as per this report, the site of the industry falls under the Industrial Zone as per Approved Master Plan, Ludhiana (2007-31) and all type of industries are allowed in this zone.
3. The industry has not submitted any record regarding ground water extraction.
4. Now, the Punjab Dyers Association has provided list of industries which have not yet got their shares DEMAT till date and as per this list, shares of M/s Ashish Dyeing has not been done DEMAT, however, the industry has submitted letter from Company Secretary in which it has been reported that “as per list of shareholders filled by the Company in E-Form MGT – 7 filled on 03.03.2023 bearing SR Number F59356147 on MCA Portal, 83105 number of shares.
Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that ‘Consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be refused and further action u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be initiated against the industry.
