It is submitted that the industry was given personal hearing and it was decided as under:-
1. The industry shall operate its APCD regularly and efficiently so as to achieve the prescribed standards of the Board.
2. The industry shall maintain record regarding regular operation of the APCD.
3. The Environmental Engineer, Regional Office shall re-verify the production capacity of the industry.
4. The Environmental Engineer, Regional Office shall verify submission made by industry, collect air emission sample and send further recommendations after verifying the compliance of NOC conditions.
In compliance to the decisions of the personal hearing, the industry was visited by the officers of the Board on 01.03.2024 and industry was found operational.
Further the compliance of decision of personal hearing noted during the visit is as under:
1. The industry is operating its APCD regularly and efficiently so as to achieve the prescribed standards of the Board, which is evident from analysis report., as per analysis report received from Board's lab 793-95 dated 12.03.2024 the consentration of SPM is 107 mg/Nm3, which is within the limits..
2. The industry is maintaining record regarding regular operation of the APCD.
The industry was visited on 01.03.2024 and found complying with the decisions of the personal hearing, as well as with emission standards.
Submitted with recommendations for grant of consent for further five years, please.
