It is submitted that point wise reply to observations raised by Zonal Office is as under:
1. The note was given by liquidator on 11.07.2023 regarding non possession of 40 kanal land. Thereafter the said land of was sold by liquidator on 18.08.2023.
The industry has submitted sale deeds dated 18.08.2023 (sold by liquidator of Evershine Solvex) in the name of M/s Naaj Agro pvt ltd.
The details of area of sale deeds is as under:
1. 40 kanal 13 marla 1 sarsahi
2. 3 kanal 0 marla 5 sarsahi
3. 30 kanal 1 marla 2 sarsahi
4. 4 kanal 7 marla 6 sarsahi
5. 9 kanal 7 marla 4 sarsahi
Total area 86 k 28 m 18 s or 87 k 8 m 18 s or 87 kanal 10 Marla (revenue record attached)
The industry has submitted detail of 87 kanal 10 Marla land which is as under:
Mustil 61// 11/2 (1-14), 20/1/2(5-18), 20/2(2-0), 19(6-11), 22/2(6-6), 21/1(0-4), 21(3-12), 23(0-16), Mustil 62// 25/1(2-10), 24/2/2 (2-13), 16/2(2-0), 17/2/2(0-18), 16/1/2(1-7), 26(9-14), Mustil 72// 5/1(3- 4), 15(3-5), 6(4-0), Mustil 73// 2/1(7-0), 1(5-4), 9/1(4-0), 10/2(7-12), 10/1(0-8), 11/2/1 (4-0), 11/1/2 (0- 7), 11/1/1(0-7) 3/1(2-0). The same were also marked on chajjra (copy attached)
2. There is no B.Ed college is in operation in 87 kanal 10 marla land.
3. The industry has submitted that as they have purchased Naaj Agro Food Pvt Ltd in Bank E-Auction through NCLT and we don’t have approved MAP from Director of Factories as our land lies in industrial zone of Town Planning Department. If PPCB department required approved map from the Director of Factories department, we will apply and submit you within six months from the date of consent issue to us.
4. Yes, entire industrial unit of M/s Ekam Agro & M/s Evershine Solvex Pvt, Jalalabad Road, Sri Muktsar Sahib has been purchased by M/s Naaz Agro except the 4 kanal area adjoining to Refinery unit in the name of Ekam Agro Pvt ltd in Khasra no. 72//4, 72//5, 72//7 & 62//24/2/1, in the said land bricked stack and some oil tanks were present (pictures attached in previous note), said land of 4 kanal is not the part of premises of the industry.
