The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The site of industry falls in general industrial zone.
May if approved, the fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2026 with usual condition as per policy of the Board and with special condition that the industry shall submit air emission sample analysis report from Boards Lab within 02 months. (Competency Senior Environmental Engineer).
