The project proponent has submitted the reply of the clarification and same has been closed now.
In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that NOC to Establish be granted to the above petrol pump with usual conditions and special condition that:- 1. The petrol/diesel pump and its allied machinery, tanks etc shall be established at distance not less than 30 meter from the residential plots /houses of the colony backside/adjoining to the petrol pump as per site plan submitted by the project proponent. 2. The retail outlet shall implement additional safety measures as prescribed by PESO.
