In reference to clarification raised by your good self the point wise reply is as under:-
a. This is a small dera established in a house and as per revenue department report, it is not a historical/religious place.
b. No, there is no approved residential area/colony and the number of houses are only 6 houses within 100 mtr, which are also less than 15 pucca houses. These are scattered houses and not covered under any scheme notified by Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority (PUDA), Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council, Improvement Trust etc. Hence, it cannot be considered as residential area as defined in GoP notification dated 15.10.2013.
c. The site is located more than 2 km from the LPA limit of the nearest city Malerkotla.
d. There is no historical /religious place or approved residential area within 500 mtr of the project. The condition regarding establishment of APCD in khasra no. 306 has been imposed by the DTP based on the only undertaking given by the industry in their department. As per revenue department there is no historical/religious places or residential area within 500 mtr of the project site. However, rice sheller has also given the undertaking in this office too in reply of clarification that it will establish the APCD of shelling section and dryer section in khasra no. 306.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) for setting up of rice sheller unit at proposed site to manufacture Sorted raw rice (with dryer) @ 5.0 TPH by using Paddy @ 7.5 TPH as raw material may be granted to the industry with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special condition that:
1. The industry shall comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in the DTP certificate vide letter no. 220 DTP (S) RSM-1 dated 09/02/2024 by the Competent Authority and will obtain the consents of the Board before commissioning of the unit.
2. The rice sheller shall be bound to got shift its 11 KVA line from PSPCL authorities from its premises before the starting its construction work.
3. The industry shall install the APCD/stacks of the shelling and dryer section in the khasra no. 306 and shall submit the report in this regard from the revenue department before the commissioning of its unit.
