The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The industry is required to deposit pending fee of air sampling carried out on 05.12.2018 & 09.01.2020.
2. The industry has submitted copy of registration deed vide no. 2023-24/42/1/3234 dated 02.02.2024 for land area 50 kanals 10 marlas on the name of firm M/s Ranvijay's Empire Private Limited purchased from M/s Sunrise Overseas with all the assets lying within the land area. But, the industry has not submitted any document / undertaking regarding all the fixed assets lying within the land area, has been handed over to to M/s Ranvijay's Empire Private Limited from M/s Sunrise Overseas.
Therefore, it is requested to submit reply to the above said observation within 2 days, so the application may be processed further.
