Sir, RO reported that an interim environmental compensation of Rs. 1.50 Lacs was imposed on the industry. The industry has deposited Rs. 25000/- as EC out of total Rs. 1.50 Lacs & submitted written request that the rest of the amount of EC may be taken in 5 equal installments as it is not in a financial position to deposit full amount of EC immediately.
If approved, case may be forwarded to Competent Authority for obtaining prior approval to pay Environmental Compensation in equal monthly installments, please.
