It ids submitted that RO was asked RO be asked to clarify as to whether process of the unit is covered under the ambit of EIA notification dated14/9/2009 or not. Subsequently, the RO has raised clarification to the industry in this regard and reported that the reply of the industry is not satisfactory.
If approved, EE,RO,SAS Nagar be asked to examine the case and give clear cut recommendations w.r.t as to whether the process of the industry is covered under ambit of EIA notification dated 14.9.2006 or not so as to enable this office to proceed further in the matter, please. |
