It is intimated that the industry has submitted undertaking that their industry falls in special industrial zone and if updated certificate is required will be submitted within 03-months.
May if approved, varied consent to operate granted under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2026 with usual conditions and special condition that:
1) The industry shall submit notified land use classification as per Master Plan of Jalandhar within 02-months.
