It is intimated that the application of the industry for obtaining renewal of consents under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 has been scrutinized and following observations were made:
1. The industry is required to submit point wise comliance of the decisions taken during the personal hearing given to the industry on 06.09.2023.
2. The industry is required to submit CA certificate mentioning the latest value of fixed assets of the industry without depreciation (i.e. as 29/02/2024), so as to adjudge the adequacy of consent fee. And is also requested to deposit NOC regularization fees if there is a increase in the value of assets.
As such, you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete
