In view of the report/ recommendations given by Regional Office, may if approved, NOC from pollution angle be granted to the project proponent under Water Act,1974 & Air Act, 1981 upto 07.02.2025 with suitable conditions that :
1. The project proponent shall develop adequate plantation for disposal of the treated effluent till the STP to be installed by PWSSB is commissioned.
2. The project proponent shall not dispose off its treated/ untreated wastewater into any drain/ choe/ nallah or in any other illegal mode of disposal.
3. The project proponent shall provide dual plumbing system to re-use the treated water for flushing purposes.
4. The project proponent shall comply with the provisions of Municipal Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 for management and handling of solid waste which is to be generated from the project.
5. The project proponent shall not install microbrewery without obtaining prior written permission from the Board.
6. The project proponent shall not carry out any activity, which is covered under EIA notification dated 14/9/2006.
