In reply to the objection raised by the Competent Authority, it is submitted that the industry was earlier granted CTO under Water Act, 1974 and under Air Act, 1981 under orange category for the cold store. Now, as per the new categorization of the Board, the cold store falls under green category as mentioned in the list code no. 3013. Therefore, the industry applied for varied Consent to Operate under the both acts.
Further as discussed, the clarification was raised to the industry to submit the documents regarding bifurcation details of cost of land + plant & machinery and site suitability certificate from the authority.
In reply to the clarification raised, the industry has submitted the above documents.
