It is submitted that the present application is for extension in the validity of CTE.
The pp has been granted CTE for following conditions/stipulations:
1. there will be no category A or category B industry allowed in the proposed industrial park, therefore, they do not require Environmental Clearance under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.
2. The promoter company shall not carry out any activity which attracts the provisions of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.
3. The promoter company shall allot plots only to white, green and orange category of industry as per categorization of industries issued by the Board and no red category industry will be allowed to be set up in this proposed industrial park.
As such, the project is not covered under EC and CTE was accordingly granted to pp by the Board.
