The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The site of industry falls in general industrial zone.
May if approved, fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 with special conditions as under:-
1. The industry shall make all adequate arrangements for compliance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) prescribed for lead smelting units, before its commissioning.
