Sir the application has been perused and following documents have not been submitted by the industry:
1. Copy of building plan prepared and duly authenticated by the Director of Factories /
Chartered Architect / Chartered Engineer as may be authorized to do so under the
provisions of Section – 3A of the Punjab Factory Rules, 1952. The plan which submitted is not legible and no stamp from the concerned authorities could be traced.
2. Compliance of CTE conditions.
If approved, notice for refusal of consent to operate be issued to the industry with an opportunity to submit reply within 7 days please.
