The case of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under : -
1. The industry has not attached the undertaking regarding no increase in land area for the establishment of boiler and steamed plant.
2. The industry has not mentioned the proposal of APCD to be installed with the boiler section the feasibility report.
3. The industry was granted short term consent and is required to attach proofs of compliance of movement area stabilization.
As such you are requested to clarify and submit above said documents within 2 days so that the application can be processed further.
