The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is, therefore, recommended that the consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and under Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2028 subject to suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
