The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is, therefore, recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
