The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is, therefore, recommended that the industry may be granted consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, upto 31.12.2024 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
