It is recommended that: - 1. The consent to operate Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2029 with usual terms and conditions. 2. The hospital will comply with discharged standards prescribed in the Bio- medical Rules amended in 2018. 3. The HCF shall obtain other statutory approvals required from other departments, if any. 4. The hospital will submit report of effluent sample analyzed from Board’s Lab within 02 months. |
