The point wise reply of the above said observations is as under:
1 & 2). Presently, the industry was not in operation and it is yet to be commissioned. The point wise compliance is attached herewith.
3). The industry has applied for fresh authorization under HWM Rules 2016 which is under process.
4). The industry is required to apply for registration under EPR portal. For applying registration under EPR portal, the fresh CTOs under Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981 and authorization under HWM are mandatory.
