It is submitted that the industry has deposited Rs. 1,25,000/- vide receipt no. 69/5498 dated 19.03.2024 as balance Environmental compensation. As such the industry has deposited total Environmental compensation of Rs. 1.5 lacs (Rs. 25,000/- + Rs. 1,25,000/-) imposed on it.
In view above, it is recommended that consent under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for six months with suitable conditions . Further, the electric connection of the industry be also restored for six months please ( Competency - Chairman of the Board) |
