It is submitted that the observations has been raised by the ZO, some of observations are related with industry, accordingly the industry was requested to submit the same through clarification. In compliance to observations, the industry has submitted the documents and pointwise reply of the clarification is as under:
1. The industry has submitted revenue record i.e. registry, jamabandi, and aks chajra for its total land area, which is attached with the industry reply.
2. The industry has submitted building plan of total area approved by Er. Sushil Kumar, Competent Person approved by Director of Factories, Punjab (copy attached herewith).
3. The industry has submitted has submitted amended CA certificate with value of land area of Rs. 229.69 lakhs. As per revenue record, actual value of the land has bene incorporated (copy attached herewith).
4. The industry has submitted the document i.e. GST certificate, SME certificate and Food Safety certificate (copies of all attached with industry reply).
5. The industry has submitted the completion certificate of the upgraded ETP of capacity 200 KLD, same is attached with the industry reply.
6. The industry has submitted the copy of latha marking of ETP area, industry premises, both plantation area and has provided the unground pipeline from ETP to plantation area for discharging of effluent (copy attached herewith).
7. M/s Shankar Rice & General Mills has applied for obtaining consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for operation of parboiled plant for production of steamed rice alongwith the undertaking to disconnect the water supply to the handies to ruleout the production of saila rice and same has been verified by the officer of this office. Accordingly, the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 were granted to the industry for production of steamed rice with the special condition that the industry will not discharge any trade effluent from the process at any time.
8. It is submitted that the industry has 02 no. boiler of capacity 8 TPH and 4 TPH, respectively and cyclones as APCDs have been installed with each boiler along with adequate stack height and sampling facility. The industry has also 02 no. baby boiler of capacity 900 kg/hour each. But, these boilers not inworking condition, as verified again during visit dated 15.03.2024.
The above is submitted for further action on the application of the industry, as earlier recommended vide note dated 06.03.2024.
