R. Sir,
We have applied for the extension for the Consent to Establishment for our
colony. Previously, conditional NOC was granted with the condition that Environment
Clearance is required to be obtained. Now, our application for the extension has been
returned as EC was submitted. We would like to mention that EC is not applicable for
our project as residential constructed covered area in our colony will be always less than
150,000 sq ft. FAR has been attached for the reference. Even, this project is regarding the
sale of residential plots, not the constructed buildings. Therefore, this is merely a sale of
plotted land area and hence, EC is not applicable for our project. We request you to grant
us the extension of Consent to establishment. We shall be really thankful to you . |
