It is submitted that as observed during visit, the project proponent has established the plant and machinery of unit along air pollution control device as well as stack in khasra no. 27//23/1 (2-5) in the revenue estate of village Sandhe Hasham, Distt. Ferozepur as per the self declaration submitted by it, as per the condition of NOC, so as to achieve distance of more than 500 m from the kal lakeer/phirni of nearest village.
