| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinize the case it has been observed that:-
1. The Date of Commissioning of the industry has been mentioned as July, 2022, Hence the consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto September, 2026. If industry wants to obtain the consent for full period, then deposited the balance consent fee.
2. The industry has not submitted the analysis report of air emissions of induction furnace from Boards Lab.
3. The industry has not submitted the compliance of SOPs prescribed for such type of units prescribed by Punjab State Council for Science & Technology.
4. The industry has not submitted the detail of re-circulation system of cooling water.
5. The industry has not submitted the details of plantation area for discharge of domestic effluent.
6. The industry has submitted provisional Completion certificate of APCD with furnace of capacity 300 Kg/Hr.capacity from PSCST and failed to submit final certificate of APCD from PSCST.
7. The industry has not applied for Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
