Sir, as per report of RO the industry has deposited total Environmental compensation of Rs. 1.50 lacs (Rs. 25,000/- + Rs. 1,25,000/-) imposed on it.
In view of report of RO, it is recommended as under:
1. Consent under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for six months with suitable conditions, please.
2. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued for restoration of electric connection of the industry temporarily for six months alongwith de-sealing of polluting process of the industry, please.
