Sir the industry has submitted the clarification( undertaking) in reply to the observation raised regarding proposal of ETP to be provided for the waste water. The industry has stated that the entire dismantling activity will be carried out under the shed on concrete impervious flooring with special collection trays. As such there will be no contamination of waste water and hence there will be no requirement of ETP. The outside space will only be utilized for storage/parking of vehicles.
In view of above, the above reply of the industry may be considered along with special conditions as under:
1. The entire dismantling and de-pollution of vehicle will be carried out under the shed on impervious flooring only.
2. No washing station shall be provided.
3. The space outside the shall also be made impervious so as to remove any possibility of contamination/seepage. |
