The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been found that the industry has not submitted fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 additionally the industry has not submitted the 50% penalty fee. Additionally, the industry has increased its CA to 422.11 Lakhs, but has not submitted the NOC Regularization fee. You are requested to clarify within 2 days as the application may be considered accordingly. |
