The case has been re-examined and observed that with this case, the site plan attached are incomplete. However, in the previous application dated 30.10.2020, approved site plans dated 30.12.2002 from ATP M.C. Jalandhar were annexed. In the present application, the HCF, has attached a letter dated 11.3.2024, from ATP, M,C Jalandhar confirming that there is no change in that approved plans. Hence, the M.C has concurence for the establishment of the hospital in the present premises.
I am of the view that the considering above concurence we may grant consent for 80 beds capacity. Samples of the HCF are already collected by the Board and are within the permissible limit.
Kindly re-consider and grant varied consent / authorization for 80 beds for full term i.e. upto 31.12.2029. |
