It is submitted that, guidelines has been framed for environmentally sound facilities for handling and scraping of end of life vehicles (ELV) on March, 2023, it has been mentioned that effluent treatment plants shall be provided for the treatment of wastewater, including surface run off during rains……….. • Moreover, as per the preconditions for storage and transportation of ELVs, a suitable Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) shall be provided for the treatment of wastewater generated from floor/vehicle washings, including surface run off during rains in compliance with health and environmental regulations;…………... • However, as per the proposal submitted alongwith the application, no effluent treatment plant (ETP) has been proposed by the project proponent………….. If approved, SCN before refusal of NOC be issued to the project proponent alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before SEE(B), please.
