The building plan of the proposed project was approved by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar for hospital purpose vide its letter no. 106025 dated 11.01.2023. The MC Jalandhar is a custodian department for implementing the approved Master Plan of Jalandhar City 2009-31 (Within MC limits).
Considering above and recommendations made by the AEE above, the NOC is hereby granted with suitable condition and with special conditions that a copy of the said NOC should be sent to the concerned Authority i.e MC Jalandhar with the request to intimate as to whether the project site of the hospital is suitable as per approved Master Plan of Jalandhar city under intimation to the Punjab Pollution Control Board within 15 days, if the Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar has any objection to the location of the project at proposed site, intimate to this office within the 15 days. In case, no reply is received from the Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar within 15 days, then, it would be presumed that the proposed site is suitable for the setup of proposed hospital. However, in case of any objection to the location of the project by the above referred Competent Authority or if any of the undertakings or documents are found wrong, the NOC granted to the project would be deemed to have been cancelled and the Board would not be responsible for the cost incurred by the project proponent on the basis of the said NOC. |
