| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinized the application, it is observed as under:-
1) The industry has not submitted site plan as well as revenue record of the plantation area to be developed for disposal of treated trade effluent from the saila section of the industry.
2) As per feasibility report, it is not clear what treatment / pollution control device the industry has proposed for arresting emissions generating from the boiler section.
3) The site area of industry was visited by this office on 19.03.2024 and observed that a high tension electric wire passes over the one side of the site. As such, the industry is required to submit compliance regarding the shifting / safe construction zone of the site.
4) The project proponent is required to upload the complete revenue record as well as aks sijra of the site.
