The applications for renewal of ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 have been scrutinized and observed that the Punjab Dyers Association has provided list of industries which have not yet got their shares DEMAT till date and as per this list, shares of M/s G.K. Finishing has not been done DEMAT. The report of the same has been sent vide e-noting no. 25138409 and action is under process.
As the shares have not been DEMAT, the applications of the industry could not processed at this stage. Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that these applications may be returned.
