As proposed, with following additional condition:
1. The industry shall not manufacture plastic carry bag and this consent is valid for packaging bags/industrial bags only.
2. The industry Shall apply for registration under EPR within 07 days.
3. The industry Shall not carry any business without registration obtained under online centralized portal developed by CPCB.
4. The industry Shall not deal with any entity not registered through online centralized portal developed by CPCB.
5. Copy of this consent shall be forwarded to MC, Jalandhar along with the copy of undertaking submitted by the industry regarding its location in general industrial zone with request to submit objection if any regarding the land use of industry.
