The industry has applied for NOC for installation of unit at Bhamian Kalan by way of shifting its existing unit located at Geeta Nagar..........
The industry has submitted requisite documents and adequate fee as verified by the RO..........
May if approved, recommended that ‘Consent to Establish’ (NOC) for dyeing of acrylic yarn @ 1900 Kgs/day, dyeing of polyester fabric @ 10000 Kgs/day and dyeing of PC fabric @ 3750 Kgs/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 519.5 KLD & domestic effluent @ 2.5 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD may be granted to the industry for the period of one year subject to the following special conditions: -
• The industry shall shift entire proposed cabinet machines from its existing unit at Geeta Nagar.
• The industry shall close down the operation of existing firm situated at Geeta colony before the commissioning of proposed site at Bhamian Kalan.
• The industry shall not commission its machinery without getting consent to operate of the Board.
Competency-SEE (as per project report the industry is a small scale industry)
