This fact that it is in industrial approved area has to be brought out by the RO in their note. Rather, RO has raised this clarification in its scrutiny and raised clarification to provide classification of industry. Later on, on the submission of an undertaking in this regard, RO has processed this case on the basis of undertaking. It is therefore the incompetency of dealing AEE and not the Board. In case, it is confirmed that it is an approved/ notified industrial area/ industrial area / industrial zone and we have a document to support this, then we may skip this condition. Otherwise, we may continue with condition.
The other condition regarding registration on e- portal is concerned is in line with the amendment 2022 in the rules and therefore should be retained.
