Sir, the application was scrutinized and observed that the HCF was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 for 40 beds.
Now, the HCF has applied for fresh consent under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 for 30 beds. However, the agreement with the facility submitted by the HCF is still 40 beds.
The HCF is required to apply for varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 with 30 beds agreement with the facility.
If approved, the application applied by the HCF may be returned please.
