The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. A complaint against the industry regarding emitting black carbon particles and fly ash from the chimney of the boiler, which is causing health hazardous to the nearby residents. The industry has not provided adequate molasses storage tanks. The industry has not connected its OCEMS installed with final outlet of ETP with the server of CPCB so far.
May if approved, show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 be issued to the industry with opportunity of personal hearing before Hon'ble Chairman of the Board.
