The report of the Regional Office has been examined and observed that the project proponent has applied for extension in the validity of consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention &Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. As such, in view of the recommendations of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Patiala, extension in the validity of consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent for one year i.e. upto 23.01.2025, with the conditions already imposed in the original NOC letter.
